The story of my Friday is generally much eventful and of course, fun. Well, it's been quite sometime since I last enjoyed a cool day away from all work and studies. A day where everything is all about doing things which I am highly interested in. The day began with a movie with Ni Shuai at Great World. Although I had frequent this remote but busy mall, this is the only the second time I had a movie in this Cinema (The last was all the way back when I was still in Secondary School).
The show we watched is a Comedy featuring The Rock. The show was called Game Plan by Disney Pictures. The main storyline of the show is about this star American Footballer who spends all his life making money and enjoying a posh lifestyle all by himself. All of a sudden, there is this small girl who is his daughter came into his life and start screwing up everything that is happening. Well, in the end, he found the real pleasure of life and that is to spend his time with his daughter.
This light-hearted comedy focuses around one simple question, "What is the most beautiful thing that happened in your life?"
Well, Joe Kingman (The Rock) had totally no idea as he is always busy carving out a wonderful career and a posh life which consist all about Clubbing, Models and Fine Dining. With all his hardwork, he got everything that he wants but somehow, he still feel lonely at times. In the end, he came to realize that the greatest thing turned out to be his Daughter. I really enjoyed the show where it is so light-hearted and funny, combining with such a strong meaning behind it- Cherish Your Family.
A light-hearted Comedy with a String Meaning

After the movies, we went on to have a simple meal at the Food Centre nearby where we had that famous Char Kuay Teow and a Popiah. The Char Kuay Teow was good as usual but the Popiah is simply beyond words in a negative manner. Sigh, I really should not had got it!
Ni Shuai with my Glasses
The final adventure came as we went to Bukit Merah for a simple meal at Brinda. Well, many of you might not had heard of it but it is an Indian Resturant which basically serves Indian Food. For the first time in my life, I entered an Indian Resturant! Well, we ordered a Chapati set which comes with some potato and vegetables curry. In addition to that, there is this "Indian Doughnut" which is basically dough and onion. All I can say is that the food is very different from what we usually can take... =)
